In our last eNewsletter, we shared how we felt
led to move the ministry to Eastern Arizona to
live among, and minister to, the Apache and
Navajo Indians. What we didn't share was the
fact that we had absolutely no financial
resources for such a move, only the strong
leading that we were to proceed in faith,
trusting that God would provide. We were amazed
and humbled to see how God provided through
faithful people who gave sacrificially each step
of the way to make this move a reality! God
provided a home for us on a 27-acre horse ranch
in beautiful Pinedale, Arizona, and the monthly
expenses will be substantially less than the
rent we paid for our California home!
Update: Yesterday was the launch of our very
first Apache Kids outreach at the community
center in Cibecue! We had a team of 56
wonderful servants from New Covenant Church in
Austin, Texas join us in kicking off this new
and exciting ministry opportunity. Here's a
link to a
photo album
and check out this very special moment from the
event in this
short video.
Our goal is to open the center twice each week
initially as resources become available. As we
shared in our last email, giving has been down
over 70% for well over a year now, and even with
the extremely limited funds, God has continued
to show himself strong in what we've been able
to accomplish. The need continues to be great
and even more so now with the opening of our
children's home, and the opening of our Apache
Kids ministry center. We trust in God
completely for our resources, but we also
believe in sharing the need because we know that
God uses faithful people to meet those
needs. This continues to be a huge step of faith
for us on every level, but we are confident that
as we follow His leading, He will provide the
resources, strength and wisdom as they are
required.
In Him,
Brad & Lesli Bieganski
